Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrated Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track eligibility for job-protected leaves including
FMLA and other employer-sponsored leaves
Administer a caseload of claims while ensuring compliance with
established procedures and policies
Provide customer service and support to clients and staff regarding
leave requirements and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; 1 year of administrative
experience for Level I or 3-5 years of leave management experience
for Level IV
General understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations
regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications
Ability to educate and counsel on sensitive and complex issues
Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of tasks in a
fast-paced environment
